When big groups come together, timely communication between you, your facilitator, and your cohort peers will be crucial in coordinating. We want to encourage you to:

• Set notifications from whichever communication platform you are using to notify you promptly (e.g. have Slack to send notifications to your email inbox).
• Open up the communication platform you are using at least once a day.
• Respond to your facilitator within two days.
• Over-communicate with your facilitator.

Again, we understand that life priorities do take over and we can’t reasonably expect participants to always be reachable.
