To earn a certificate of completion, you must complete all 2 of the following requirements:

1. Attend at least 7 out of 8 discussion sessions.
   1. Please try to attend all sessions and plan ahead to avoid scheduling conflicts.
   2. If you really can’t make it to a session and missed it, you can Write-up for missing attendance to make up for your absence.
2. Submit the exit survey

Please note that if you have completed the program or attended at least half of the sessions, but have not submitted write-ups for the sessions you missed, you will not be eligible for a certificate and cannot retake the program. Therefore, make sure to submit a write-up for any session you miss. If you have a scheduling conflict and would like to attend a session at a different time, please reach out to your facilitator.
