To earn a certificate of completion, you must complete all 2 of the following requirements:

1. Attend at least 7 out of 8 discussion sessions.
   1. Please try to attend all sessions and plan ahead to avoid scheduling conflicts.
2. Submit the exit survey

Please note that if you have completed the program or attended at least half of the sessions, you will not be eligible for a certificate and cannot retake the program. If you have a scheduling conflict and would like to attend a session at a different time, please reach out to your facilitator. Otherwise, you can defer to a future round when you have more availability.
