The CEA University Groups team runs a few programs that involve connecting newer university EA group organizers with more experienced organizers. This upcoming semester, we will be running our Organizer Support Program (OSP) again, and we’re looking for mentors!
While we are interested in hearing from potential mentors who would only be able to mentor a few groups, we are particularly interested in hiring senior mentors.
Note: You don’t have to have mentored before to qualify as a senior mentor and we have plenty of mentors who also participate in the program themselves!
