• This form is for both people interested in being senior mentors and people who would like to express interest in lower-commitment forms of mentorship.
  • We are more likely to accept mentors who are able to take on larger commitments as this reduces our overhead.
• If you have not participated in CEA programs in the past, we may ask you for additional information.

What does being a Senior Mentor Involve?

• (likely) Regularly meeting with at least 4-6 groups
  • Weekly during the start of the semester (3 weeks)
  • Bi-weekly during the rest of their first semester, if you and the mentee are happy with the pairing
• Regular check-ins with CEA
  • Baseline, these are every 2-4 weeks with the option of being more frequent
